This notice explains how the Northra public website handles information. Customer-product processing is governed separately by the applicable pilot or customer agreement.
Who is responsible
Northra is operated by Next Enterprise Intelligence and Solutions B.V. The company is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under KvK 42125325.
Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent to hello@northra.ai.
Website visits
The website is hosted using Vercel. Technical request information such as an IP address, browser details, requested URL, and time of access may be processed to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the site.
Northra does not currently use a public account, advertising tracker, or newsletter form on this website.
Enquiries
When you email hello@northra.ai, the company uses the contact details and message you provide to assess and respond to the enquiry and to keep an appropriate business record. Do not include confidential commercial data in an initial enquiry.
The pilot enquiry preparer runs in the browser and opens an email draft. It does not claim that a message was submitted, and the public site does not upload or store the entered fields.
Your choices and rights
You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection where applicable by emailing hello@northra.ai. You may also lodge a complaint with the relevant data-protection authority.
Information is kept only for as long as needed for the relevant purpose, legal obligations, and the establishment or defence of legal claims. Specific retention and international-transfer terms are agreed for customer engagements.
