The website is hosted using Vercel. Technical request information such as an IP address, browser details, requested URL, and time of access may be processed to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the site.

Northra does not currently provide public accounts or newsletter sign-ups, and does not use advertising trackers on this website. Information submitted through the contact form is not used for advertising or sold.

When you use the contact form or email hello@northra.ai, the company uses the contact details and message you provide to assess and respond to the enquiry and to keep an appropriate business record. Do not include confidential commercial data in an initial enquiry.

The contact form submits the entered fields to a Northra server route, which sends the enquiry by email. Email delivery is provided by Resend (resend.com), acting as a processor in the EU (eu-west-1) region.

You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection where applicable by emailing hello@northra.ai. You may also lodge a complaint with the relevant data-protection authority.

Information is kept only for as long as needed for the relevant purpose, legal obligations, and the establishment or defence of legal claims. Specific retention and international-transfer terms are agreed for customer engagements.
